The majority of consultants' earnings has come from actual sales of the products
not from commissions of those buying in underneath them. This is a key distinction between LLR and other MLMs that IMO are straight-up scams.
Are many of their sales tactics annoying? Absolutely. But that's true of most sales-based enterprises. Being sold to isn't fun, especially by friends (or supposed friends).
