I feel bad for anyone who has a failed business or loses money in any way.
I feel bad for all the real estate agents who lost their shirts when the market went bad in 2007.
But that's just the nature of capitalism. At some point you've gotta realize that it's a business and earning money simply isn't easy or risk-free.
Now is probably not the time to jump on the bandwagons for bitcoin, Utah real estate, or selling LLR. But I could be wrong on any of those.
