Don't always turn it down. Sometimes it's good to show them the fair price of
what it costs to work for people like that. If their hard to work for it's just more expensive. Usually way way more expensive. Like you run the risk of having key employees walk so they're going to need a big bonus to accept that kind of work.
After writing that and thinking about it, turning it down is probably best.
