Don't make me get a pre-auth from you
If you do become a pharmacist and go work at the VA and deny my giving Buspar or some other placebo drug to a patient because it might increase the risk of thrombocytosis when combined with an SNRI...you contribute to me crying during my lunch break. Don't be that pharmacist. Otherwise, pharmacy is a great 8-5 job and slightly boring. Like patent law. And the VA really is a great place to work.
