It is a complete fallacy that there is not talent. Talent is there, and it's higher than Bob was playing with.
He had an NFL qb and RB along with WRs that made camps last year and his offense was terrible.
This year he has an elite 11 qb, four star RB, higher recruited linemen, speed at WR, and the offense is historically bad.
