Just wondering...
Who owns the underthrown passes?
Who owns the WRs inability to go to the ball on underthrown passes?
Who owns the missed blocks?
Who owns the interceptions?
Who owns the collapsing pocket?
Who owns the WRs inability to get separation?
Who owns the dropped passes?
Who owns the OLs inability to create a gap for the RB?
Who owns the RBs inability to find the rare gap the is created?
Who owns the lack of leadership from the team captains?
Last of all... Who owns the line of scrimmage, since we don't?
I'm all about taking ownership when it is your responsibility. Perhaps you confuse "ownership" with your desire to blame performance on coaching rather than those actually playing the game. I've yet to see any of the coaches in uniform and pads.
BTW, do you know what style of offense Ty successfully taught his HS players?
