Not necessarily - Implementing the offense Ty and KS want to run is MUCH more
difficult to implement - you actually need the correct personnel to run it, and it requires precise execution.
Most college programs run the read option or something similar, which only gives the QB 1-2 options of what they are supposed to do before just improvising and running themselves. this type of offense is MUCH easier to run because it doesn't require as many reads from the QB nor precise execution from the other offensive players. It does though put alot of pressure on the QB to make plays.
