Ken isn't leaving Navy
From my last discussion with those in the know. He has about 4 more years to vest his retirement with Navy. At that point in time, he can retire at his highest annual salary. Which is amazing.
On top of that, right now he has his home being paid for and they have 2 cars being covered as well. He is sitting pretty and wants to vest his retirement. Now there are chances he would come to BYU after that , but I don't think it will happen.
