All of us can be critics and say the O-sucks or the D isn't any good. But what solutions can we bring to the table?
Right now, Kalani appears in over his head. Teams are either progressing or digressing. I believe BYU is digressing. So a change needs to be made. What if we:
1. Brought back Dr. Anae as the head coach
2. Allowed Lamb to leave to be head coach of UTEP or wherever
3. Basically demoted everybody else: Kalani is D-Cordinator, Tuiaki is D-line coach, all other d coaches remain the same.
4. Ty is demoted to quarterbacks coach / co-offensive cordiantor with Dr. Anae. Anae will have head coaching responsibilities, but will largely oversee the O. All other O coaches remain the same.
Is that an amicable staffing solution for next year?
