Naw...the only problem is winning
If a "laidback" coach is winning, he's a players coach and his guys would through a wall for him. If an "intense" coach is winning, he's a master motivator who extracts the best from his guys.
Results are all that matters. Style can impact results, but so can a number of other factors.
