Yes and no. He really is undersized by a few inches as well.
And I have it on good authority that he weighs under 230.
We'll see what he measures at pro day but I bet it's 6'1". Ideally he would be around 6'4" which would give him the frame to support much more weight.
For comparison, this guy was 6'2" 253 at the combine. Clearly much thicker than Takitaki who claims he weighs 245.
Bottom line is that unfortunately he's just not a defensive end.
