It's going to take a lot more than market rates to attract a big name coach to
BYU. In fact we will have to pay much more than market rates to get a bigtime coach.
The coaching community is a small one and that community knows that BYU is a tough place to coach and has significant institutional restrictions, some of them not athletics related, that make things really challenging.
In other words we aren't exactly a premier coaching destination.
