Agreed. My point was that the limited talent pool isn’t such a factor with
Assistants. We could throw a lot of money at getting killer assistants and maybe get some pretty good ones if we wanted to. HC is less likely because the pool is limited to LDS guys, which is FAR more limiting than money (or at least than money needs to be).
