I guarantee you could adjust for the top 25 teams and get some pretty stark differences between BYU and them.

For example, we have Taysom throwing 2 picks and 1 TD and 101 yards against a pretty mediocre USU team. Most good offenses would have at least put up 200 yards of passing on them.

You may want to relook at your stats. The offense doesn’t get credit for defensive TDs, nor do they get credit for OT.
