Are the LED lights on a circuit that has dimming capabilities? Some LED lights are not able to be dimmed and if on a
circuit that is capable of dimming it could be the cause. Keep in mind this a a guess and not an absolute answer.

This... if you have dimmers older than about 2009 this might be your issue

I think my issue is with the bulbs as well. We had halogens in there for a while without issue
