I've had problems with LED bulbs, not the cans

The bulb will be fine at first. Months later it will start to cycle from full to reduced brightness. I've had two bulbs do this out of six.

This... if you have dimmers older than about 2009 this might be your issue

I think my issue is with the bulbs as well. We had halogens in there for a while without issue
