The BOT is never going to engage in BYU football like a P5 college.

They won't ever spend $5 million for a football coach and his staff. They're not going to allow the AD to encourage donations to allow him to pay that amount either, because they want that money to go to the school and/or the church's humanitarian programs. If you want the BOT to approve BYU acting like a P5 school, you should give up on that dream now.
