That's true. It's a long streak. But every game but one was decided by one TD or less. Thewin/loss record is obviously
thing that matters most, but there are literally no two teams in college football who are so close to each other so consistently as BYU and Utah.
So his point is well-taken in at least this respect: the divide between BYU and Utah is not nearly as big as a 7-game losing streak makes us feel like it is.
Someone said that we couldn't beat them this year which was a down year for them. But it was also the worst year we had in at least half a century! And it was still a one-score game.
This is not the tremendous divide that people seem to want to believe it is.

No. I just think that an overwhelming advantage wouldn't produce the closest games between any two teams in the country.
