Do you think team discipline would be better or worse under Bronco Mendenhall? Do you think it would be different under Ed Orgeron, Gary Patterson, Mike Leach or Chris Petersen? Ken Niumatalolo? You can't say it's unrelated to culture or management style. 

Of course it could be worse. But what's that got to do with anything? Kalani has allowed too many of the negatives about his culture into the program and that has drowned out the many positives. He needs to bring things back to center and that is not an ethnic disparagement, it's an observation about some of what needs to be corrected to get things back onto the right track.
