I think that LBs are going to be a much lower priority for this staff. They need to be good, but I think they are banking on the front 4 becoming the bulwark of the defense in terms of pressuring the QB and stopping the run. LBs will be picking up the scraps and covering TEs. That's what it looked like to me last year except that the DLine wasn't good enough to stop the run and so the LBs had more expected of them.

I think the recruiting issues are going to be very interesting. If the defense plays as poorly next year as they did this year we will see more players choosing greener pastures with P5 money. Getting beat over and over on National Television will drive the top talent away.
