Crowton years taught me one thing: It doesn't get better.
We had that first year of awesomeness to make it think it could happen again. It was just more of the same.
Grimes seems to be the kind of coach BYU needs, however, Sitake is still in charge and that is a problem. He's "player" coach attitude is not what BYU needs. And that will be his undoing.
I fought on this board for years that we need to give Crowton more time. Bring in his players, blah, blah, blah. I'm not doing it this time.
Sitake should of been fired. Period.

I think having Grimes and Lamb on board, helps neutralize the "players coach" mentality... My only concern is Tuaki
