You may be right but you can't fire Sitake after 2 years
Or really any coach, but especially one prominent in the Polynesian community.
In bringing in Grimes, I think they have essentially given Kalani 2 more years to right the ship. I'm hoping he does but I too am skeptical unless more discipline is installed. I think Grimes will bring that to the offensive side of the ball. The defense scheme needs an overall too if you ask me but we'll see. Lamb needs to step up and help install more structure and discipline which was a big part of why he was hired.

I think having Grimes and Lamb on board, helps neutralize the "players coach" mentality... My only concern is Tuaki
