Right after 9-11, we were working 24-7 shifts and I had been on for about 3 days straight without more than a cat-nap here or there. I was told to head home, I remember getting in my car, but the next thing I remember is waking up in my bed at home. It was about a 10 mile drive home and I couldn't recall it at all. I couldn't even remember talking to my wife when I got home. It was crazy.
