I did that a couple of times during one tax busy season...got diagnosed with
sleep apnea and had nasal surgery to fix it. Hasn't happened since, fortunately.
It was definitely weird to close your eyes with cars around you one second and then open them to be sitting all alone with no cars in sight wondering how long you had dosed off.

I often fell asleep when we my companion was reading scriptures aloud but I knew I was worn out when I fell asleep
