I could be wrong but I'm guessing they had to give Grimes
And some of the new offensive staff a two year deal to get them here. If that's true, I don't see how byu will fire Sitake even if he has another miserable season. He might have gotten a 4 year deal as well when he was hired.
I'm personally hoping there's enough progress shown next year that it's irrelevant. There certainly will be a lot of fans calling for his firing if we tank again.

I think having Grimes and Lamb on board, helps neutralize the "players coach" mentality... My only concern is Tuaki
