Kind of dumb how they don't have an exception for a kid like that who hasn't done anything wrong, but there have been a few examples of the runoff waiver used for immediate eligibility. Kid acts like an idiot and gets dismissed, claims the runoff and gets picked up by another for immediate playing time.
