Dave Rose has already discussed how just the graduate transfer rule has changed things up quite a bit. Add to that a 1-freebie undergrad transfer allowance and I can see stable rosters as a thing of the past. Four year players at one school may become a rarity and schools will need to add more staff personnel just to track and evaluate potential and announced transfers.

Seems to be it could be vulnerable to undue influence and abuse if not by coaches and schools, then by unofficial "handlers".
