"Assistant Football Coach - Safeties Coach at Brigham Young University"
Does it excite me.....I doubt that I'd have gotten excited about anybody hired at this point, its not like it is a coordinator. But I think there is a lot about Hadley to like - young, seemed like a good personality from what I remember of him as a player that could translate into reruiting, played at a high level as a starter at BYU, has some experience elsewhere even if only a few years.
His linked in says "Master's degree focused in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine" so I personally like the idea that he can communicate with parents about education and he has the Masters Degree to show he is serious.
Served a mission, Eagle Scout, got an NFL camp invite, team captain (leadership ability I'd assume)
So yeah, I'm pretty optimistic overall, I think he has a lot of things that I'd want (as a parent) for a guy who was coaching my kid, and I'm hopeful that he has the ability to relate to players due to his recent playing days.
