Is Weber St. really the Mecca of coaching talent.  Many complained that the former O staff was light on coaching experience, yet at least Empey and Cahoon had prior D1 coaching experience.  Sure coaching at Weber is much closer to coaching D1 than high school, but there is still a jump from FCS to FBS.  Is BYU significantly increasing the level of experience with Hadley and Fesi.  While I am excited about Pugh, he only has 2 years as a full coach and that was at UT-San Antonio (I checked and that is not an SEC school).  Kalani is shaking things up, but I am not sure that means things will be better.  I am taking a wait and see approach with plenty of worries and doubts.
