While he was still in school he took my son as a 7th or 8th grader who had been a lineman and turned him into a very good receiver.  But he was able to relate to people of all ages and and I think he will be a very good hire for BYU. Admittedly I am bias, but I really like the fact that he is black, an RM, and really developed his own skills and worked hard to get all that he has.
