the Y but most players with a P5 offer will choose to play there. With the current have/have not environment in college football mixed in with a tradition rattling 4-9 season we face a major uphill battle to get back to normalcy.

You need players to win or coaches who can overdevelop and help kids overachieve. The player argument is taking a hit in recruiting so it’s in the coaches to develop like crazy. The staff mistakes of the past two seasons (masked by two outstanding athletes in Hill and Williams in year 1) will go down as one TH’s largest blunders. Throw in that unbelievable expansion period where we missed in round one (seemingly holding out for better use of our tv options) and devolving into a LGBTQ circus in round 2effectively stopped any and all momentum of this program in its tracks.

Most agree the coaching changes just made are an improvement but quite honestly outside of maybe Grimes is there a true difference maker on this staff that can and will change something overnight? Roderick? Hadley? Fesi? Guys with upside for sure but also guys that still have a lot to learn. With the schedules we have with Indy I’m afraid the longer we have to wait for them to develop the further away we really become.

Need a unexpected surprise season or we fall further behind IMO. 6 wins on that schedule next year. Need to find at least 2 more...just not sure I see where they come from.
