I do think that had Bartley stayed, he would have been a starting guard. They could have played him as a wing.

I guess Rose should have kept Bartley on the bench and had someone else try to play the 4 the season prior.

Either way is a losing situation. Get him minutes or play him minimally at the CB preferred position.
