Chow and all of the rest of the staff and say they're the best ever. Come one man, those guys had years and years of experience and revolutionized college football with their offensive schemes. I like when people boast about their staff, but, when you're a 1st year off coordinator, if you were truly the best, it wouldn't of taken 20+ to get your first offensive coordinator gig. Sean McVay is 31 and is the NFL's head coach of the year. It didn't take coaches long to realize his talent and continue to promote him. I am not trying to take away from Grimes or this staff, but let's be honest, they're 100% unproven at this point with their offensive system. I am not going to say Rodderick is the greatest QB Coach we've ever had, that'd be silly. He already has a pretty undistinguished resume, but I am hoping for the best.
