Heard they don’t pay market salaries, etc., and so maybe their net profit is a result of not spending enough to really compete

My hope is that this horrific past season has proven that BYU needs to allocate more $ to FB expense budget to keep up. There’s some evidence for this with Tom H confirming that this is the most $ spent on a staff. My real hope is this extra $/ resources translates to wins -> more marketability... blah, blah...

This small expansion of staff may be another sign the program is upgrading - I hope so, and hope more $ spent pays off... #optimistic
