When a “full ride” was just a Full Grant-in-Aid, the athletes had a legit gripe. But now that scholarships are Full Cost of Attendance plus unlimited free meals, the only kids who are struggling are those who are trying to support a family with their scholarship money or those who are buying a bunch of toys.
