I would add that BYU needs to relax it's hiring policy.There's great qualified
men and women out there that would represent our values and university very well, that could do a great job, but will never be considered for a HC position or AD position because they have to be active LDS.
So, until that is turned around, we will always be hiring underqualified, on the job training type people.
