Maybe the church should take this approach and just wait for people to ask to be
baptized. haha, sorry if that came out harsh, but my work life has been built on selling, recruiting and getting people to do things. Waiting for people to do things on their own doesn't get near the same results.
People respond to information, incentives, and being asked to do something. We need to change our approach and do better in all three of those areas.
