I listened to the radio interview. What stood out to me...
...what that he said they were very well coordinated, understood what each other were trying to accomplish, and that the smooth transitions in practices were something different.

I remember interviews with Ty last year in which he talked about having to teach the offense to the coaches and the players at the same time. Alluding to times when practices would slow down so that he could make sure the coaches knew what was going on before they could coach the players.

So this year Harmon is essentially saying that they don't have that. That the coaches are on the same page, all understand what the offense is trying to accomplish and the role of the position they coach, and it is making it so much easier to install the offense and progress.

Sounds good to me. Almost a no brainer.

Dick also said that part of the reason for the cohesion and chemistry between coaches is because they know each other and have worked together. Roderick coached Semi. Semi and Clark have coached together. Roderick has also coached with Clark, etc.

If this leads to better execution of the offense - we'll have to wait and see. But I'm starting to think about at least going down to the Spring game to see what it looks like.
