Yet this sort of thing goes beyond one person, which means it comes back to Whitt. If you've followed them in the slightest bit you'd know you can't just simply talk about offensive firings and demotions at Utah like they're on equal ground with anywhere else.
You were willing to do all that homework on him but not once mention the reality of who his boss is and what it might mean. Have to be fair here. You can only take your offense as high as your boss will let you, and can only take players as high as their ceiling. FWIW, Roderick has more QB talent to work with this season than he ever did at Utah.
Oh btw, I don't think you can call PGC/WR to QB a demotion. PGC was a tag thrown on after 2011 but I don't think it signifies much. His resume shows a steady increase from 2011-2016 until he was let go, which frankly doesn't mean much at Utah. Whitt has nobody to blame but himself. And now if they get it moving in the future with better talent, it is with guys who committed to Roderick. And QB play when he was the QB coach was not quite as awful as people think, given the circumstances.
You love BYU and support your team? Man, you've got a lot to learn about love and support. 🙂 Just curious, haven't you been one of the most consistently negative posters on here?
