improved speed follows, then you've got another "once in a lifetime" ziggy-like story. Regardless, it's about Mo, and none of us. It's HIS story, so I hope he does well. I don't ever like talk of "wasted scholarships." Everyone has potential to do something others don't expect, and the signs are promising - losing 50 lbs on a frame like that is no easy task.
I do agree with Mutu, though. I think he's a better Oline player with the size to speed ratio. Most NFL Oline players don't have the speed or athleticism of the Dline guys, especially the D ends. The Oline guys may have better leverage skills though, and are often more cerebral, which I understand Mo is - stories are he's pretty smart. Regardless, I personally can imagine a lot of people being intimidated trying to get around a slightly smaller, but still very BIG Mo, or seeing him as a pulling guard with a head of steam.
If he doesn't move to Oline, he may still be a good Dtackle eating up blockers and space, but I still dream of seeing him on special short yardage situations on spot duty as a RB running kamakazi behind Al-Bakri. If for nothing else, just to see all that collective beef running at the poor unsuspecting opposing LB / safety. If they wore a helmet-cam on that play to see the LB's eyes, it may get as many hits on youtube as Cosmo did last year with his dance moves.
