With In-n-Out I blame it on the California transplants. For years all we ever
heard about was how amazing the food at In-n-Out was, and how nothing we had in Utah could ever compare. If you build something up like that for so long you bet people are going to be excited about it.

Newness factor. It wears off. Remember when Crispy Cream came to Utah? Long lines. Now--not so much.
