it. Places like In-N-Out, Cheesecake Factory, CPK, H&M, etc. once they come to Utah the people just eat it up. I'm not sure what it is...validation? Something else? But, it's real and happens all the time.

Newness factor. It wears off. Remember when Crispy Cream came to Utah? Long lines. Now--not so much.
