valentina black and botanera are tied, tapatio a bit behind. tabasco far behind
cholula.
Sriracha is a whole different thing, and i wouldnt use it on the same things i would use those hot sauces.
Of course there are smaller brand hot sauces that are much better, but im only talking about the main ones.
cholula just tastes stale and bitter to me.
