I love sriracha as well, but I prefer it on dishes with more Asian influence like Vietnamese or Thai dishes, fried rice or with eggs with spam and rice, I prefer cholula or tapatia on my Mexican or South America dishes, I'll throw in some Valentina now and then.
Nando's peri peri is my go to for roasted or grilled chicken, lousinana hot sauce for fried chicken or other fries seafood dishes.
Tabasco can only go on eggs, preferably scrambled and occasionally works well on pizza.
