I don’t put hot sauce on Mex food. I prefer to have a spicy salsa or let the natural heat do the work. I could see how sriracha wouldn’t be ideal here.
Fried chicken I’ll go honey mustard, or a sriracha ranch.
But eggs, pizza, Asian influence, and others I’m forgetting definitely go well with sriracha.
But yeah, if I did use hot sauce on mex food or fried chicken it wouldn’t be sriracha.
