Play the games with an 8pm local kick and most cities will be pleasant enough. If they want afternoon kicks for prime

time viewing in Europe, then that's going to be a problem for just about any city in the USA in July. A 1pm (or even 4pm) local kick at any city on the list is going to be a hot, unpleasant experience for fans and make for boring soccer.

Baltimore, Cincinnati, Denver, San Francisco, Boston, Houston, Seattle, Miami, Kansas City, Orlando, Nashville, Philadelphia, Washington DC.
