the guy never stepped foot in the game until he was 50, and then failed. It's his own fault for choosing his timeline and path.

Wish we had SOMETHING to go on, but that's what you get when he somehow sneaks into the college game as a coordinator without having done anything before. Geez even the HS level. Maybe if he came from Katy or DeSoto or something. He gave us nothing to believe he could succeed, and showed it pretty quickly.

I agree that any coach would need better assistants surrounding him. But he didn't deserve that spot in the first place, either.
