Mexicans have been doing it forever, it's tradition and to say it's "anti-gay"

is rather silly. It's simply a way to put down the opposing goalie. I'm not necessarily condoning it but it's a joke and the word itself has more connotations than being anti-gay. It's like calling someone a sissy or a Nancy. That's really all it is.
