Solid take. "The program needs to earn my money back". I love that quote and
certainly hope you did tell them that.
I don't know how reads those surveys or if they are taken seriously, but I sure hope that others like you are taking the time to let the AD know how the fans feel.
Independence is a necessary evil and we are certainly languishing. The $$$ is good, but your comment about leadership and direction are spot on.
