I don't think so. Houston definitely had a chance (w/CP3 healthy)
And Portland (even though they underwhelmed in the playoffs) could also give those teams a run for their money. Utah is at least another player away from being competitive with GSW and HOU... With such a deep draft, I kind of wish that Utah strategically tanked and just came back better next season.
